To View Archived Emails

You do not have to archive your emails in Outlook. All of your emails, sent and received, are automatically archived by the Barracuda Message Archiver. If your folders become full in Outlook (email stops sending and receiving) simply delete the emails in all of your folders. You can find them later in the Archiver.
To search for archived emails:
ID: Email Address
Pswd: Network/Outlook password
NOTE: You can download the Barracuda Message Archiver icon onto your ribbon in Outlook. If you do this you will not have to log into the Archiver each time you want to search for an email.
To download the Barracuda icon to your Outlook ribbon.
- Log into the Archiver
- Click on Client Download
- Click on Download Now and follow the prompts.
- Go to Outlook
- Click on the Magnifying Glass that will appear on the right side of your Home ribbon.
