Blackboard Learn: How to view grades in Blackboard.

During the semester you can keep in touch with your grades by viewing them on your Blackboard homepage. During the semester your grades will be posted under the "Report Card" box in the upper right hand corner. There you will see information stating your advisors, your major/field of study, and your courses.

To the right of your courses you will see your current grade. The grade may be presented differently depending on the courses' or your instructors grading criteria. For example, if there is a 5 by your course, that more than likely means you have 5 out of 5 in that class. To go more in-depth with your grades, you can click on it;

And it will direct you to the "My Grades" page for that course. There you can see all your assignments and the grades you received on them.

Viewing your grades when the semester has finished is different. Once the semester has ended, your courses in Blackboard will go away, therefore you won't be able to view your grades from there.

You can view your final grades for that semester by logging into Athens State Online.

Once you log in, you will be taken to your Athens State Online homepage, which will look similar to this:

Click on the "Student" tab, then "Student Records", then "Final Grades."

Once you click on "Final Grades" it will as you to select the semester term. Click submit and your final grades for that semester will appear.
