If you are an eSPACE user, log in to https://app.espace.cool and click the Add Event button at the top right of your screen.

If you are not an eSPACE user, visit https://myathens.athens.edu and follow the login instructions.
On the left side navigation bar under Tools, Service Requests select Facilities Reservations Form.
Fill all of the fields, complete the Real Person Confirmation, and click the Submit button.
You will be contacted directly to discuss A/V needs and other setup details.
NOTE: The request for audio visual support must be submitted two (2) weeks in advance of the event. While we try to accommodate last minute requests, we do not guarantee that personnel or equipment will be available in these instances.
