Outlook Email: How to delete emails from your Outlook Account

1. First click on inbox and go through your emails, select and delete any you don't need.

2. Click on the white arrow beside your inbox to display any folders you have created.

    Go through each folder and delete any emails you don't need.

3. Right click on Deleted Items folder and then click empty. This will delete the emails out

    of the Deleted Items folder. Remember emails are always backed up on the Barracuda 

    Archiver, known as MARC:
