1. Call Handling settings are established by your Outlook Calendar Schedule.
2. For example: If your work hours are 8-5, this is the parameter used by the Communicator.
3. If you do not wish to use the Outlook Calendar Schedule, you will need to turn it off.
4. To turn off, with the ShoreTel Communicator open, click on Tools at the top of the
Communicator, then click Options.
5. Click apply and ok.
