Setting Your Call Handling Modes

Call Handling Modes are: Standard, In a Meeting, Out of Office, Extended Absence, Custom

To change your Call Handling Modes navigate to the following path in your Shoretel Communicator: Tools – Opions – Call Handling Mode.

When setting up your Call Handling Modes make you sure you set the Mode to the proper Forward Calls options.

You can choose from three options: Always – When no answer or busy – Never. You will need to set each Call Handling Mode accordingly.
