Install and setup of Mitel Connect Client

Mitel Connect Client Installation

The Mitel Connect Client is located on the C: drive of your computer in a folder called Mitel Connect Setup. Open the folder and double-click the setup file.

Follow the prompts:

  • Click Install
  • Check I accept the terms
  • Click next, click next, install
  • Click finish

Mitel Connect Client Setup

  1. Your username is the first initial and your full last name. Example: jdoe
  2. The default password is changeme. If you have asked for a reset, it will be the default "changeme".
  3. The default voicemail password is 123456. If you ask for a reset, due to forgot password, it will also be the default of 123456.
  4. Click on the "Show advanced" link.
  5. Type sc.athens.edu for the server.
  6. Click Login.
  7. You will be ask to enter a new password if you used the default password "changeme".
  8. Click Proceed Anyway on the "Your connection to the sever is not secure" prompt.
