If you are an eSPACE user, log in to https://app.espace.cool and click the Add Event button at the top right of your screen.

If you are not an eSPACE user, log into MyAthens Portal (https://myathens.athens.edu).
On the MyAthens Portal-Tools navigation menu, open the Service Requests tool, and select Academic Reservation Requests.
NOTE: The request for audio visual support must be submitted two (2) weeks in advance of the event. While we try to accommodate last minute requests, we do not guarantee that personnel or equipment will be available in these instances.
