Common reasons for receiving a Banner 9 Authentication Error:
- System is null or unauthorized to access or view this page. Must request Banner access here.
- Exiting Banner 9 application by clicking the back arrow and attempting to login to Banner 9 without closing and reopening browser
- Your session timing out after 2 hours of inactivity, and attempting to login to Banner 9 without closing and reopening browser.
- Using a desktop shortcut or browser bookmark created by either dragging the URL to the desktop or bookmarking the Banner 9 application from the browser
Note: Clearing the browser's cache and cookies (All-Time History) should resolve the issue.
