Setting Your Signature on New Outlook Client (desktop app)
Open Settings (upper-right area).
Select Account, and choose Signatures.
Click New Signature to create a new signature, give it a name, then choose it as your default signatures for New Messages and For Replies/Forwards options.
Click Save.
Setting Your Signature Up on Classic Outlook Client (desktop app)
Open Outlook from your computer applications.
Go to the “File” tab in Outlook and choose “Options.”
Click on the “Mail” option, then choose the “Signatures” button under the
“Compose messages” section.
Select “New” to create a new signature, give it a name, then choose it as your default signature (in panel to the right). In the “Edit signature” section, choose the image option to insert a picture as your signature.
After selecting the appropriate file, be sure not to resize the image or it will appear distorted. Choose “OK” to save.
Adding a Signature on Outlook Online
Navigate to https://outlook.office.com/
Log in using your Athens State University email and password.
Open Outlook Settings.
In the Settings menu, click on the Account option, then choose Signatures.
Click New Signature to create a new signature, give it a name, then choose it as your default signatures for New Messages and For Replies/Forwards options.
Click Save.
