Email can be viewed in Outlook desktop app or via Microsoft 365.
Accessing Outlook via Outlook Desktop App
Launch Outlook from your computer applications.
You will be prompted to enter a New Profile name. Enter your first and last name, and click OK.
Continue with the prompts.
You may be prompted to verify your login activity with DUO and or entering a phone number to receive a message or phone call.
Continue with the verification prompts.
Select Yes, all apps option.
If prompted, select Allow.
Outlook will load your messages at this time.
If you encounter any issues, close Outlook and reopen it.
Accessing Microsoft 365 Online
Navigate to https://office.com
Log in using your Athens State University email and password.
Note: If you have not completed a device registration using Outlook client (desktop app), you will be prompted to complete device registration.
Select Apps from the left-hand navigation menu.
Your Microsoft 365 account will allow you to use Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other applications.
