Banner 9: "You are not authorized to view this page" message

If when attempting to login to Banner you receive a “You are not authorized to view this page” message, please clear your browser cache, close the browser completely, and reattempt to login to the Banner 9 pages. Below are links with instructions for clearing your browser cache.
